Our furnaces were developed by SCHMETZ, Germnay. These Vacuum Furnaces are predestined for the  heat treatment at high temperatures up to maximum 1,300'C for hotwork tool steel, coldwork tool steel, high speed steel, stanless steel, etc.

 

The furnaces are fully automated (computer controlled) for a high reproducibility of the results with equal conditions. For quenching, the furnaces is equipped with high pressure N2 gas up to maximum 6 bar and with a multi-direction cooling system (Cooling system-2R) to achieve optimized distortion-less results, clean & bright surface hardening.
